2025 WHPA Charity gun Raffle
31 days of guns and gear!In order to generate much needed funds for our charities, we are giving away 31 days of guns and gear! You can buy tickets now through the end of the raffle and they will be accumulated for you. From October 1st through October 31st we will give away a different gun each day to a winner.
Each year, WHPA Charities supplies scholarships, benevolence funds, and other charitable giving to our members and the community. In order to provide these services, we perform fundraising actvities throughout the year. This year we are doing a large gun raffle.
This raffle is open to the general public as well as all WHP employees. The more tickets you purchase, the better your chances of winning one or multiple prizes. You can buy tickets at any time though 11:59pm on September 30th while they last! Winning tickets will not be removed from follow up drawings that are held each day. You will be able to win multiple prizes. Prizes may not be exchanged for other prizes (you get what you win).
We start the daily drawings on October 1st and will select a winner each day through October 31st. You can see the list of prizes below.

In order to win, you must not be a prohibitive posessor and must qualify to own said firearm or accessory. You will be given a certificate and will have to arrange with a local FFL of your choice to have the firearm/accesory delivered and pass any required background checks.
Any one who does not meet said requirements forfeits their prize and their tickets. Winners have 60 days upon notification to claim their prize or they will forfeit it. All winners will be notified via the phone and/or email provided at time of purchase.
Please be aware this is a Wyoming raffle. All transactions take place in Wyoming and are governed by Wyoming law. Your emailed receipt will contain your ticket numbers for reference. If you have questions about your tickets please contact info@wystatetroopers.org

Uinta Firearms is WHPA’s FFL for this raffle. Upon winning and receiving notification, you will need to pickup your firearm from them or have it shipped to your local FFL of choice.
