Hello everyone,

I wanted to let everyone know that our WHPA Family Weekend, Awards Banquet, and BBQ will be held June 12th & 13th in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there and spending a great weekend together. Additional details and event information will be coming out within the next couple of days.

As we put the finishing touches on the weekend plans, we are asking for a little help from our membership. We are currently seeking donations for the raffle at the BBQ. While some are clearly more gifted than others (myself included) at convincing businesses to part with merchandise for a good cause, we could really use everyone’s assistance in gathering raffle items.

The raffle helps offset expenses for the weekend and allows us to continue putting on an event everyone can enjoy. If you are able to contact local businesses, vendors, or anyone willing to donate an item, gift card, or service, it would be greatly appreciated. If you are able to secure an item, please let me know what you were able to get so I can keep an updated list of donations.

If any of you would like our tax relief form for donation purposes, just let me know, and I will gladly email it to you. Sometimes that little piece of paper works wonders.
